DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Sr. Manager Finance Datahub in Raynham, Massachusetts, Raritan, New Jersey, West Chester, Pennsylvania, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Warsaw, Indiana USA.
This role serves as the technology product owner for enterprise finance data hub supporting FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership and the SAP master data governance platform. The Technology Sr. Manager Finance Datahub partners closely with Finance, master data leaders and IT delivery teams to define product strategy, translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, and ensure reliable, compliant, and value‑driven systems.
This position plays a critical role in enabling financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency during a period of business transformation and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, roadmap, and operations for enterprise finance data platforms supporting Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A and the SAP master data platform
Partner with Finance and SAP master data stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate requirements into clear functional and technical outcomes.
Lead the planning, design, implementation and transformation of core finance data platforms including but not limited to SAP BW4HANA, SAP S4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, and SAP Master Data Governance platforms.
Lead prioritization decisions to balance regulatory, operational, and strategic initiatives while maximizing business value while meeting critical Day 1 and TSA exit separation objectives.
Oversee delivery of enhancements and system improvements in collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors.
