Senior Specialist (m/f/d) Corporate CoE Talent to Value Management

<p>Your role &amp; responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Take over global responsibility for designing, implementing and managing Talent Development concepts, standards and processes </li> <li>Be the subject matter expert in all Talent to Value Management topics including Potential Assessment, Development Planning and Succession Planning</li> <li>Provide global guidance for Succession Management Process incl. Key Talent Development, Talent Pool Reviews </li> <li>Prepare Key Talent Reviews for Top Management roles</li> <li>Enable &amp; consult different international stakeholders, e.g. Executives, HR Business partners, in process and system-related questions</li> <li>Steer training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups</li> <li>Create presentation templates, reports and communication &amp; enablement material</li> <li>Develop a Key Talent &amp; Succession KPI Dashboard, analyze data for process steering and success tracking</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your skills and strenghts</p> <ul> <li>Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with focus on Human Resources Management</li> <li>Multiple years of professional experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and managing Talent Development processes, especially concerning Potential Management, Talent Reviews and Succession Planning</li> <li>Proven track record in steering global HR projects</li> <li>Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills</li> <li>Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and high sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders</li> <li>Quick comprehension combined with an independent, precise, and very structured way of working</li> <li>Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (especially within the module Succession &amp; Development)</li> <li>Proficient in Business English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>    Do you have any questions?<br/>      <br/>    SILVIA.SARZYNSKI@MAHLE.COM  <br/>    +49 711 501-13520  <p> </p>
