Job Summary:
The Traffic Coordinator and Digital Specialist is responsible for managing the intake and distribution of all Marcom projects entered into the department by our internal customers. They will also have duties related to creating, curating, and scheduling digital content. While reporting to Creative Service Department Leadership, the Traffic Coordinator and Digital Specialist communicates with Global ZimVie marketing team members and supports digital content creation and management of social media and email calendars. This position has responsibility for tracking and disseminating information, creating schedules for the timely delivery of resources and materials, and identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules of the Marcom team. This role will work directly with the Social Media Manager and other digital team members to create and schedule posts on ZimVie social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. This candidate will be expected to work in social media management tools such as Agorapulse or Hootsuite and email marketing platforms.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Vendor relationship management, including support onboarding new vendors, submitting purchase order requisitions, and project status. Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes to increase efficiency.
- Conduct weekly meetings to ensure that staff is aware of upcoming deadlines.
- Track and update project status; prepare weekly project status reports,
- Communicate potential problems to Marcom teams and recommending solutions.
- Create timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
- Inform project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.
- Develop content for social media
- Route content for compliance approvals
- Create content calendars that align with marketing strategies
- Curate content from third-party sources such as industry associations or news sources
- Design engaging emails

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Sound knowledge of project management software, preferably Adobe Workfront
