JOB SUMMARY
The Clinic Manager leads daily clinic operations and supervises multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality patient care and service. This role promotes effective communication, sets performance goals, mentors team members, and monitors workflow to maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The Clinic Manager oversees key operational processes, including patient access, scheduling, insurance verification, referral tracking, billing compliance, and clinic efficiency metrics, while implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery and ensure adherence to HIPAA and quality standards. In addition, the role supports the clinic’s financial performance by managing revenue cycle activities, maintaining internal controls, monitoring expenses, assisting with budgeting, and partnering with leadership to track financial outcomes and improve collections. Through accurate reporting, compliance with accounting practices, and responsiveness to audit recommendations, the Clinic Manager contributes to the overall efficiency, financial health, and success of the clinic.
This position is accountable for the day to day management of the operations of the clinic including but not limited to: Supervising and developing staff, delivering "Best Practice Customer Service Standards" and effective implementation of clinic work processes utilizing institutionally determined standards.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Health Care Administration, Allied Health, or related field.
- Experience
5 years of responsible administrative experience in patient care environment to include
2 years of supervisory experience
Preferred
- Education
Master's Degree
