Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Audio-Visual Services, Live Events, Production & Staging. This role is critical in overseeing all aspects of our audio-visual services, with a focus on live events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in live event production, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of audio-visual technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the audio-visual services department, ensuring high-quality production and staging for all live events.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of audio-visual elements for events, including sound, lighting, video, and staging.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored audio-visual solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of audio-visual technicians and production staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during events.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support event success.
