Job Description

• Participates in developing functional requirements for business systems; tests, trains and implements applications.
• Translates clients requirements to functional documentation; participates in technical designs and test planning .
• Designs, prototypes, configures, and tests new or enhanced applications .
• Performs customer support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications .
• Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoots problems, as necessary .

Additional Responsibilities:

• End‑to‑end requirements gathering (business → functional → system)
• User story creation with acceptance criteria
• Process mapping, gap analysis, and impact analysis across platforms
• Partnering with product, engineering, UX, QA, and risk teams
• Agile/Scrum delivery model
• Backlog grooming and sprint support
• Jira for story tracking and documentation
• Supporting releases, defect triage, and UAT coordination
• API integrations (request/response, data mapping, error handling)
• Understanding how UI, API, and backend systems interact
• Supporting QA with test scenarios and validation of integrations Experience with downstream system impacts
• Working directly with business partners and LOBs
• Translating complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
• Clear documentation and status communication
