**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5-7 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, processing payroll for three organizations, and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is essential, and experience with Paylocity for payroll processing is highly valued.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform month-end close processes, including bank and credit reconciliations and journal entries.
-Enter vendor bills and generate customer invoices
-Generate checks and process ACH payments
-Submit deposits and record them
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and business planning.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage and process payroll using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
**Qualifications:**
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop for financial management.
- Proficiency in using Paylocity for payroll processing preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP and healthcare industry regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
