Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Demand Planner by setting up and managing the demand planning & forecasting process within Ace & Tate. 

This full-time position is available immediately at our HQ in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Head of Merchandising and Planning, Anne van Maanen.

You'll be...

  • Responsible for analysing historical sales, customer trends & seasonality data
  • Developing statistical forecast models and collecting insights from Commercial (retail and e-com), Merchandising, Buying and Finance teams to build a consensus demand planning
  • Managing and tracking the forecast accuracy and bias
  • Analysing product (new and carryover) performance against projections to determine accuracy of forecast and coverage in line with business growth strategy
  • Leading and coordinating the S&OP cycle: a monthly forecast review process in collaboration with cross functional teams to reach an aligned and unbiased forecast agreement
  • Managing the rolling forecast on product level
  • Analysing the collections and facilitating quarterly business review for phase in/phase out management of end of life and slow-moving inventory
  • Working with close collaboration with Merchandising & Commercial teams to provide demand inputs for new business actions
  • Assessing, on a weekly basis, at-risk styles for future demand; partner with our supply planner and buying team to mitigate the risk
  • Responsible for managing and meeting the availability KPI/targets in collaboration with the Supply Planner and the Buying Team
  • Contributing to the yearly and quarterly budgeting and goal setting

You...

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or other relevant field 
  • Have 4+ years of related supply chain experience in a (demand) planning role
  • Have experience in data analysis, data visualisation & storytelling as well as with Excel/ Google sheets
  • Have strong analytical skills and are able to understand the business behind the numbers
  • Are great at collaboration and communication 
  • Have experience using planning tools and inventory optimisation tools, so you could help roll out planned near future implementations
