Job Details

We’re seeking a Senior Director, MSO Performance & Engagement to lead initiatives that strengthen MSO performance, drive engagement, and enable consistent execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Infrastructure Development: Build and implement scalable systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across MSOs, Affinity Groups, and the overall platform.
  • Data Governance: Establish processes for consistent data collection, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of performance metrics.
  • Executive Deliverables: Create regular strategic performance reports for the SOG, MSO leadership teams, and MSO Boards, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas of opportunity.
  • Dashboard Creation: Develop dynamic dashboards for real-time performance monitoring across MSOs and Affinity Groups.

Strategic Insights and Recommendations

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across all MSOs and Affinity Groups.
  • Collaborate with the VP, MSO Value Creation, and Affinity Groups to define strategies for improving operational and financial metrics.
  • Partner with the Data and AI Affinity Group to leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling to enhance decision-making and drive measurable improvements.

Collaboration and Alignment

  • Work closely with MSO leadership teams and Affinity Groups to ensure alignment between performance tracking and Value Creation Plans (VCPs).
  • Support the integration of new MSOs into the platform by establishing performance tracking frameworks that align with their unique goals and challenges.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across MSOs and Affinity Groups to promote best practices and accelerate growth.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve KPIs across operational, clinical, and financial dimensions.
  • Collaborate with the Integration Management and IT Infrastructure TAGs to streamline workflows and optimize processes that enhance performance outcomes.
  • Develop and refine methodologies for assessing and improving platform-wide performance.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, data analytics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing performance tracking systems and delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.

Skills and Competencies

  • Data Analytics Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SmartSheets, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable strategies to drive performance outcomes.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical trial services, and value-based care principles.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely delivery of strategic performance reports to the SOG, MSO leadership, and MSO Boards.
  • Improvement in tracked KPIs across MSOs and Affinity Groups, aligned with Value Creation Plans.
  • Successful implementation of performance tracking infrastructure across all MSOs.
  • Increased adoption of data-driven decision-making tools and methodologies.
  • Achievement of measurable improvements in operational, financial, and clinical outcomes.
