About the role:
As a Project Manager in our Professional Services Organization, you will leverage top-tier project management tools to drive the delivery of innovative products and services that will revolutionize the fintech industry. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the implementation and consulting of new products and services, supporting the development of internal information systems and applications, integrating cutting-edge technologies, and managing infrastructure build-outs.

About the Team:

By joining our Professional Services team, your focus will be on understanding the broad spectrum of consulting services that focus on FIS Program and Project Management solutions which help any bank more effectively prioritize key projects, reduce risk, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide measurable results. The FIS team has deep financial services business process and technology knowledge. They leverage this knowledge to lead business or technology initiatives from strategy definition to operational implementation.

What you will be doing:

• Working with cross-functional teams, technology solutions, client relationship teams,  sales, service delivery and/or product development.

• Managing project risk, issues, change and assisting with problem resolution.

• Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

What you will need

• 5 -10 years of project management experience (able to mentor)

• Able to manage large projects 10,000 - 40,000 project hours ($1M - $4M budget)

• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

• Advanced skills with project management software.

• A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.

Added bonus if you have:

• Agile Scrum Master or SAFe credentials (preferred)

• Experience with Jira and PlanView.

• Knowledge of FIS Products and Services

• Knowledge of Fintech industry.
