Salary: 9 700 - 11 500 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)
11 640 - 13 800 PLN net (B2B)
Location: Krakow (remote/Poland)

What you will do:

• Efficiently oversee and manage complex projects in the area of graphic design, branding and strategy (such as brand identity implementation, transformation, marketing etc.)
• Working closely and coordinating a creative project team, conducting planning sessions, setting priorities, project tasks and deadlines and clearly communicating them to the team
• Defining project scope, timeline and resources planning in cooperation with other Leads, Creative Directors or Account Managers
• Creating project briefing, budget and cost estimation
• Regularly monitoring project status, timeline, used hours and budget and taking necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure completing projects on a specific schedule and within an agreed-upon budget and estimated hours
• Overseeing, planning, coordinating and conducting meetings with clients
• Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Admind’s business in selected categories
• Collecting, addressing and implementing customer comments and feedback
• Building, maintaining and strengthening relations with clients
• Working closely with Design Leads in developing proposals, pitching ideas to the clients
• Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as project profitability, billable time and provide recommendations how to improve them in given project
• Generate regular project reports and share them with key stakeholders
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team while working on projects

Requirements

We look forward to working together if:

• You have 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Client Partner or similar in creative, branding, advertisement, or marketing agencies
• You have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth within a client service or agency environment
• You have experience of working in an international environment with corporate clients
• You are a strong negotiator and a great communicator with an aptitude for building professional relationships
• You are good at strategic planning, budget management and problem solving
• You are fluent in English (level C1)
