RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Account Executive II to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As an Account Executive II, you will assume ownership and responsibility for a defined territory's revenue and volume growth, in addition to growing and strengthening the Company's existing customer relationships.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(60%) Deliver Territory Volume/Sales Objectives

1. Identify, develop and execute existing and new sales opportunities within assigned territory and market, including new customer segments, new products and service lines, new accounts, etc.
2. Partner with radiologists to market existing and new product lines (clinical services) to new and existing clients
3. Deliver and/or coordinates educational presentations to existing and prospective clients on emerging applications offered by the Company
4. Conducts and/or coordinates educational and marketing seminars at local and national trade shows
5. Facilitate and participate in monthly sales and marketing conference calls with corporate marketing
6. Independently monitors performance and profitability of services offered for assigned market(s)
7. Proactively partner with the Marketing department on implementation of sales strategies for assigned territory, including development of collateral
8. Establishes and maintains strong working relationship with sales, Center team members, operations and Radiologists
9. Documents and maintains all customer contact/activity and information in customer relationship management system as well as in related internal information systems
10. Assists in sales, negotiations, and implementation of the payor contracting processes
11. Monitors payor referral activity
12. Maintains productive relationships with customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service, support, and prompt service recovery
13. Assist in onboarding other sales team members

(35%) Sales Strategy & Target Market Research

1. Stays abreast of new developments and trends in diagnostic imaging and the health care industry in order to understand referrers and prospects' needs and provide workable solutions to referrer's requirements
2. Develops and implements targeting and segmentation plans, by product line, for defined territory
3. Partners with Sales Manager and Market Leader to develop and execute strategic marketing and territory plans to ensure profitable growth and increased market share
4. Gathers on-going market research and intelligence to identify new opportunities, applications and trends
5. Identifies key strategic customers for business development opportunities and works with Sales Manager to grow our relationships and market through these activities
6. Successfully identifies, develops and implements market-wide sales initiatives
7. Functions as an informal leader for sales, operations and Radiology teams within the market
8. Successfully completes required internal training and education
9. Develops market level strategies and facilitates projects to drive growth beyond their own territory

(5%) Completes additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

1. High School Diploma, or equivalent
2. Two (2) years' marketing and sales experience in a health care setting
3. Two (2) years' spreadsheet software usage, Microsoft Excel preferred
4. Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance

Preferred:

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Marketing/sales experience in radiology
