About the role
- Complete renewals while minimizing churn and maximizing price increases
- Attain Purchase Order (if needed) in order for the deal to officially be booked
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring the company’s goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achieved
- Use CRM for all sales processes and activities
- Identifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate customer needs.
- Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc. Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of experience in solutions-based Sales and Account Management
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience required
- Proven skills in consultative sales experience for products/solutions that affect multiple areas of a business
- Demonstrated success using excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus
- A collaborative teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
- The ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships
- A naturally curious and passionate personality

- This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
- This position may require up to 10% travel.
- Travel to existing customer sites for diagnosis, design and delivery workshops, planning, and execution of Statement of Work.
