About the role

Responsibilities: 
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for outreach and facilities management. 
  • Manage data migration, integration, and system configuration. 
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability. 
  • Train users and create documentation. 
  • Monitor system performance, implement security controls, and maintain data integrity. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
  Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
  • Hybrid - office 3 days per week
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience. 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required. 
  • Experience with Salesforce customization, data migration, and integration. 
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
