Senior Product Manager - Payments

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Payments to lead our Money Movement suite of products. You will own and scale our end-to-end payment rails infrastructure powering the seamless movement of fiat, crypto, and stablecoins globally. This includes traditional banking rails (ACH, domestic & international wires, RTP), bank/PSP integrations, and crypto send/receive capabilities across networks.

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Money Movement suite, ensuring funds move reliably, compliantly, and efficiently across geographies and asset types. This role sits at the core of our platform - directly impacting onboarding conversion, liquidity velocity, treasury operations, partner integrations, and global expansion.

You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, banking partners, compliance, risk, treasury, and operations to deliver a world-class payments infrastructure embedded by startups, enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies.

This is a fully remote position, strongly preferred to be in a timezone +/- 3 hours of east coast time (US).

Responsibilities

• Help define, prioritize and most importantly execute on the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from conception through launch, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to our customers.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Zero Hash’s goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and analyze customer/product feedback to inform product decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure alignment and effective communication across all teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development.
• Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
• Write technical documentation, both internally and externally-facing.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in Product Management.
• Strong background with building API-based products
• Strong understanding of the ACH network
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you can write SQL queries and analyze data effectively.
• Experience with testing/integrating to/interpreting APIs.

Preferred

• Experience in building crypto or stablecoins products
• Prior experience in a software engineering or sales engineering-like role
• Experience with building consumer-facing fintech applications
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
