We’re looking for a caring & confident LPN Night Supervisor to help lead our team through the overnight hours. If you enjoy building relationships, supporting others, and providing thoughtful clinical care, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to uphold high standards of care
• Support and guide the night nursing team
• Conduct resident rounds to ensure residents are safe & comfortable
• Assist residents in self-administration of medications and treatments as ordered
What You Bring
• Active, current Florida LPN license
• Experience of at least one year in senior living
• Strong verbal & written communication skills (Spanish a plus)
• Self-motivated, calm, reliable, and compassionate under pressure
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays & as needed
