Job Summary
A full-time Administrative Assistant is needed to support Kellogg Insurance Marketing. This position requires someone who can support the business with a problem-solving mindset in any situation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prioritize needs, projects, and other responsibilities in the fast-paced environment of an insurance agency
Continually adjust meeting schedules and resources
Provide travel options and book reservations for flights, hotels, cars, restaurants, and other events
Screen emails, phone calls, mail and internal requests for meetings as the gate-keeper for both the President
Create an executive summary of client reports on a weekly basis
Reconcile financial statements and receipts on a monthly basis
Order meals according to the needs of the team
Able to learn new skills and work overtime if needed
Other duties as assigned
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Completely trustworthy in maintaining confidentiality with high-level company documents and meetings
Highly professional with phone and email communication, especially with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Proficient in writing, editing, and typing skills
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation without supervision
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude under pressure
