OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for a Product Specialist I

Product Specialist I (onsite – Kansas City, MO )

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

· This position manages data reconciliation and provides system administrative support in the areas of new and existing energy efficiency and demand response programs, or services within the DSM Organization for residential and/or commercial customers.

· Supports program managers in effort with program budgets, customer IT capital projects, and is the primary contact for outside vendor and sub-contractor relationships, including any local vendor presence to ensure program data is successfully transferred and captured in the system of record.

· Support Product Managers to maintain product requirements and implementation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Education/Experience

· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, economics, marketing or a related discipline is preferred or 4 years of directly related experience.

· A general understanding of demand side management (DSM) including energy efficiency and demand response programs.

· Ability to perform data mining or data analysis is preferred, including SQL queries. Detail orientation is critical.

· Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.

· Effective written and oral communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
