Your primary focus will be on leading the key aspects of the Global Supply Chain in process standardization, efficiency optimization, crisis management and supporting key program management.</p><p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:</p><ul><li><p>Global Supply Chain Management: Initiate global/regional supply chain strategies and support sites to build up global supply chain processes and responsibilities. Leverage and standardize best practices across manufacturing sites focusing on aftermarket business and monitoring their execution. Elevate planning and scheduling capabilities and tools across manufacturing sites.</p></li><li><p>Strategic Initiatives: Develop and support strategic initiatives to drive global order allocation to optimize inventory, minimize cost, and drive an efficient and profitable supply chain. This includes analysis for production location, subcontracting, inventory, distribution, and transportation to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvements to ensure efficient and effective operations.</p></li><li><p>Crisis Management: Lead cross-functional team in the global crisis of material shortage, demand surge, and unexpected issues. Provide guidance and support to sites for crisis management of preventive actions and immediate actions to ensure service consistency throughout the year. Develop business contingency plans with regions and drive their execution.</p></li><li><p>Support program management with launch and deployment of new programs. Take ownership of operational and supply chain planning, working in coordination with global manufacturing sites to ensure efficient and timely customer delivery. Establish and maintain a regular cadence with the cross functional team, conducting thorough reviews of operational and supply chain performance.</p></li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Minimum of 5 years experience in Project management and Supply Chain planning, ideally in garment/garment accessories industry</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of leading large-scale supply chain transformations in multinational and complex organizations and are open to traveling both domestic and international. </p></li><li><p>Good numerical sense. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint..etc. and able to drive supply chain analysis and discussion.</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of written and spoken English PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other project management certification is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal relations skills to lead and collaborate across a diverse and complex organization</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge or interest in TeamSports is preferable.</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>AVERY DENNISON IS EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK:</p><p>We not only embrace change… we drive it.  We work hard, push hard, and take brave risks.
