Bobcat of the Rockies - Golden is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk. This role will help our dealership operations run smoothly by ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting day-to-day logistics! Apply today to learn more about Bobcat of the Rockies and this opportunity to join our team!

$21-25/hour depends on experience

Responsibilities

• Safely unload equipment, attachments, and large deliveries.
• Receive and process stock orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage inter-store equipment transfers efficiently and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform regular equipment inventory scans and reconciliation.
• Maintain organized yard operations and apply FIFO (First In, First Out) when pulling equipment.
• Conduct and document daily forklift inspections.
• Prepare and load equipment for the company’s Milk Run schedule.
• Assist customers with loading yard items safely and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
• Assist with other responsibilities throughout the dealership departments as needed

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, or equivalent in education.
• Experience in warehousing in a distribution business preferred.
• Knowledgeable on warehousing theory.
• Knowledgeable on shipping methods and procedures.
• Ability to learn proprietary software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Contributes to high employee morale. Maintains excellent parts, rental, supply, and sales force relations.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing 10-20 pounds
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes & loud noise.
• Physically able to operate construction equipment and forklifts.
• Physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines including a computer, printer, facsimile machine, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc. on a repetitive basis.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and lift.
