Inventory Control Clerk - Weekend Shift

You will be a part of an exceptional team and a full-time employee with Zenni Optical.

• 3 x 12 - Friday through Sunday shift from 6:30a-6:30p at $17/hour +$1.50/hour diff = $18.50/hour,

We are currently looking for those looking to learn and grow in the optical field and to join our team at our site in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, open to feedback, and looking to build a great team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Introductory Optical Manufacturing Functions
• Picking and un-packaging lenses and frames for customers orders.
• Inter-department running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Placing of receipted goods into correct locations
• Maintain good housekeeping, 6S.
• Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met.
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures
• Health & Safety Awareness.

• Hands on experience with inventroy

Responsibilities:

• Receives material into stock·
• Inspects incoming product for defects; reporting as needed to management.
• Maintaining inventory by stocking product
• Performing Cycle counts
• Researching and reporting inventory discrepancies; adjusting as directed by management.
• Maintaining consumable inventory counts
• Maintaining and updating inventory records
• Maintaining inventory usage reports

Requirements

• Detailed oriented
• Knowledge of basic math
• Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft programs

As of 01/01/2023, the expected salary range for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. Actual pay within this range will be based upon several factors, including without limitation education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. The Company anticipates that the reasonable expected salary for this position could change in the future and, therefore, the Company retains the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for the position for various reasons, including the Company’s business needs.
