This individual will play an integral role in creating the technical framework for Glassdoor quotas, territories design, and other strategic processes.  Our Senior Analyst is critical to the success of our Sales Operations team!</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop Anaplan models to streamline and accelerate GTM Operations planning in multiple areas including Territory &amp; Quota management</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Sr. Leaders to identify opportunities for enhanced operational and  planning efficiency.</li> <li>Drive the development and execution of implementation strategies ensuring the successful deployment of Anaplan solutions.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of territory and quota setting methodologies, ensuring alignment between sales incentive plans and company goals.</li> <li>Work closely with Senior Leadership to define performance measures and establish effective performance management programs.</li> <li>Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities to foster a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A commitment to add  to<a href="https://www.glassdoor.com/blog/diversity-equity-inclusion-transparency-report-2021/"> our culture</a> of DEI</li> <li>3-5+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment supporting senior business leaders such as operations or consulting.</li> <li>Possession of Advanced Anaplan Model Builder certifications or equivalent expertise required (e.g., Solutions Consulting experience, Level 3 Model Builder Training, or Certified Master Anaplanner).</li> <li>Experience in Go-To-Market headcount planning, quota management, commissions planning, and/or sales territory management.</li> <li>Excel &amp; Google Sheets Skills for ad hoc analyses and reporting.</li> <li>Salesforce skills and Salesforce reporting is a plus.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, prior experience leading projects with cross-functional partners and communicating directly with executives.</li> <li>Creative, intellectually curious, and able to scale steep learning curves quickly.</li> <li>Passionate about Glassdoor and our values of Grit, Transparency, Good People, and Innovation!</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation and Benefits </strong></h3> <p><strong>Base Salary Range: </strong></p> <p><strong>Canada (CAD): 89,000 - 133,400</strong></p> <p><strong>Ireland (EUR): 68,700 - 103,100</strong></p> <p><strong>United Kingdom (GBP): 61,200 - 91,800</strong></p> <p><strong><em>You can learn more about our compensation philosophy</em></strong><a href="https://www.glassdoor.com/blog/pay-and-rewards-at-glassdoor/"><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>here</em></strong></a><strong><em> and see salary ranges for all Glassdoor jobs</em></strong><a href="https://www.glassdoor.com/blog/glassdoor-salary-ranges/"><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>here</em></strong></a><strong><em>.</em></strong></p> <p><em>*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles.
