<p><b>Job Description</b></p><p></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Programme Manager to oversee the successful execution of our One LEGO HQ: Vision 2032 Masterplan!</p><p></p><p>This role will be responsible for integrating key workplace investments and developments to ensure a holistic and structured approach to Programme delivery. This role will also play a critical role in capacity planning, Programme execution, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment across multiple project workstreams within the LEGO Group.</p><p></p><p><b>Please note:</b></p><ul><li><p>To be considered, please share your CV in English</p></li><li><p>No relocation assistance is offered for this position</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Core Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Leads execution of the One LEGO HQ: Vision 2032 Masterplan</b>, ensuring strategic alignment and overseeing key investments, workstreams, and dependencies.</p></li><li><p><b>Manages</b> <b>flagship workplace projects</b> (KOM Campus, Innovation Campus, Midtown expansions) in close collaboration with Project Management, ensuring milestones, budgets, and interdependencies are effectively handled.</p></li><li><p><b>Develops and executes workplace strategy and capacity planning</b>, optimizing space for 10,000+ colleagues while integrating sustainability, inclusivity, and infrastructure improvements.</p></li><li><p><b>Drives stakeholder and colleague engagement</b>, serving as the key liaison between internal and external partners, and ensuring clear communication and alignment with corporate strategy.</p></li><li><p><b>Enhances colleague experience and workplace services</b>, partnering with Workplace Innovation to implement benefits like shuttles, employee housing, and wellbeing initiatives.</p></li><li><p><b>Establishes governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks</b>, proactively identifying challenges and ensuring seamless execution of Programme objectives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Play your part in our team succeeding</b></p><p></p><p>The Workplace Location Strategy team leads the development and execution of the long-term growth plan for all LEGO locations. We drive projects from strategy and planning through to business case development and execution, creating workplaces that support the LEGO Group’s growth over a ten-year horizon. Collaborating closely with People Insights, Talent, Finance, and</p><p>Business Leadership, we ensure our locations provide access to diverse industry talent clusters, fostering innovation and enabling growth. By balancing cost, risk, market access, talent availability, and regulatory considerations, we ensure the right spaces are in the right places at the right time.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Do you have what it takes?</b></p><ul><li><p>Program Management &amp; Strategic Planning Experience – Proven ability to lead large-scale infrastructure, workplace, or real estate programs within a global organization.</p></li><li><p>Financial Acumen &amp; Business Case Development – Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning, and developing business cases to support strategic investments.</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder &amp; Cross-Functional Leadership – Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse teams, including Executive Leadership, Finance, Workplace Operations, and external partners.</p></li><li><p>Workplace Strategy &amp; Transformation Expertise – Experience in workplace planning, real estate strategy, and optimizing environments for talent, sustainability, and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Risk &amp; Performance Management – Skilled in governance, risk mitigation, and performance tracking to ensure seamless execution of complex programs.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Workplace Innovation &amp; Sustainability – Knowledge of modern workplace trends, sustainability practices, and employee experience design would be a plus.</p></li><li><p>Proficient communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.</p></li><li><p>Must be willing to travel to other sites on occasion.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>#LI-NS2</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
