The Opportunity: 

CACI is seeking an experienced Resource Manager, Senior to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. The Resource Manager, Senior serves as CACI's senior workforce management professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing program staffing, workforce readiness, recruitment, employee onboarding, and resource allocation to support Government mission requirements. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides leadership in developing workforce strategies that ensure qualified personnel are recruited, retained, deployed, and aligned with program priorities. 

The Resource Manager, Senior works closely with Government stakeholders, program leadership, human resources, recruiting teams, functional managers, subcontractors, and corporate business partners to forecast staffing requirements, manage workforce capacity, and support employee lifecycle activities. This position ensures the program maintains a highly qualified, mission-ready workforce while promoting employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage workforce staffing plans supporting program execution and mission requirements. 

  • Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and deployment of program personnel. 

  • Forecast workforce requirements and align staffing strategies with current and future operational needs. 

  • Monitor workforce utilization, vacancies, retention, and staffing metrics. 

  • Coordinate employee assignments, transfers, promotions, and workforce realignment activities. 

  • Partner with recruiting, human resources, and program leadership to fill critical positions. 

  • Ensure personnel meet contractual qualifications, security clearance requirements, and training prerequisites. 

  • Maintain workforce readiness through staffing analysis and succession planning. 

  • Prepare workforce reports, staffing metrics, and executive briefings for program leadership. 

  • Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and professional development activities. 

  • Coordinate subcontractor staffing and resource integration supporting program requirements. 

  • Identify workforce risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain mission continuity. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable labor regulations. 

  • Mentor workforce coordinators and promote collaboration across program functional areas. 

  • Foster continuous improvement through workforce planning, process optimization, and talent management best practices.
