As a Business Project Analyst for the Sales and Marketing group, you will:

• Leverage strong knowledge of business domains, project/program management techniques and data driven methodologies to provide analytical and process management expertise to project/program teams.
• Propose solutions for business problems of moderate scope/complexity and leverages available resources to achieve resolution.
• Work directly with project/program managers to help implement project/program objectives, support variable aspects of projects, and collaborates to monitor and drive timely execution.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project/program objectives, including but not limited to assessing resource utilization, maintaining project management systems, tracking project progress and efficiency, monitoring objectives and key results (OKR)/business indicators, identifying performance gaps, assessing project/program risks and ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines.
• Utilize advanced visualization skills to report data led insights to key stakeholders, facilitating optimal decision making.
• Engage directly with key BU/domain stakeholders on matters of significance to meeting program/project objectives.
• Collaborate with business project/program managers to develop and maintain project/program management infrastructure in areas such as issue tracking, reporting, dashboard monitoring, deck building/storyboarding, project plan builds, monitoring and analysis.
• Provide project/program plan trend analysis and control including analysis, research, development, and maintenance of the project/program data.
• Maintain awareness of emerging business trends and project management techniques.
• Provide recommendations for improvement of project management processes currently in use.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience with sales, marketing, operations, data science, or any related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial business, finance business, program management and/or strategy to execution application.
