About the role

cFocus Software seeks a Senior Systems Architect to join our program supporting DHS in Washington, DC, Capital Heights, and Springfield, VA. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires active TS/SCI clearance and must meet 8570 requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of specialized architect experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Active Security+CE certification.

Duties:

Delivers complex information technology solutions with a particular understanding of complex geospatial integration.
Support the development of processes and methodologies to enhance the overall software process.
Applied knowledge of enterprise IT needs to design improved processes, generate and capture user requirements and ensure solutions adhere to DHS Enterprise Architecture models, standards and requirements.
Serves as an advisor and proposes changes to existing architectures to meet emerging DHS requirements, affect efficiencies, in workflows, or improve outcomes.
