Product Management Intern

Summary:

Carlisle Architectural Metals is seeking a highly motivated Product Management Intern to join our team in Waukesha, WI (on-site). The intern will support the Product Management team through analytical reporting, product portfolio analysis, and market research, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Finance, Operations, and Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Product Portfolio Analysis
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance new product tracking reports to support data-driven decisions
  • Monitor and analyze full product line performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Conduct additional ad-hoc analyses
• Market & Competitive Benchmarking
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and comparative product analysis
  • Collect, validate, and synthesize data from internal systems and external market sources
  • Summarize findings into clear, actionable insights
• Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercial Enablement
  • Support the Product Management team in commercial engagement activities, including pricing analysis and customer feedback
  • Assist with GTM execution by preparing pricing information and competitive differentiation materials
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product strategy and commercial execution

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate junior or senior, or first-year MBA student
• Major in Business, Economics, or a closely related field
• Computer Science and Data Analytics majors will not be considered
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think abstractly and analytically
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
