Job Description:
AFS is seeking a Cloud Engineer to provide expertise in areas related to Cloud best practices, system engineering, and Cloud security. As a Cloud Engineer you will contribute to the capability and provide SME-level input on technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, PowerShell DSC, Ansible, Azure Automation, or other related products in support of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Additionally, you will take part in the overall planning, delivery, and day to day management of the capability utilizing an Agile Framework.
Responsibilities include:
- Engineering unique solutions to support production ready Enterprise Services, and Cyber Defensive Operations.
- Reviewing and automating workload deployments with customer site-specific requirements.
- Designing, developing, and building automated CI/CD pipelines to deliver solutions.
- Work with ISSMs/ISSOs to recommend solutions to improve the security posture of the capability.
- Collaborate with other teams to increase efficiencies.
Here's what you need:
- Satisfaction of 8570 IAT II requirements (typically Security+ or greater)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience OR, in lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant experience equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Cloud experience, preferably Azure
- Willingness to work onsite (neither remote not hybrid arrangements are possible with this role).
- Willingness to travel (CONUS) up to 25%
Bonus points if you have:
- 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area.
- Technical certifications in Azure
- Technical certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSLC, CASP, ITIL, CEH
Security Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI clearance in DISS is required to start

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
