Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Heavy Gauge Belt Splicers for projects located in the Portland, OR area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $22-30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Belt Splicer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:       

• Splice heavy-gauge industrial rubber belts
• Perform hot vulcanizing splicing
• Some welding
• Motor repair

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Must have experience with black belt splicing
• All PPE
