Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent and utilize data analytics to track and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Implement effective succession planning strategies to identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles, ensuring business continuity and growth.
- Optimize performance management frameworks and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) processes to align employee goals with business objectives.
- Drive HR strategies to support business growth, drive change initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Empower employees through strategic coaching, effective conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative work environment that nurtures personal growth and drives collective success.
- Oversee admin team, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and performance.
- Ensure HR policies and employee records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
- Perform additional duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR experience in talent acquisition, change management, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in influencing and cultivating strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong background in performance frameworks, OKR implementation, and talent development.
- Experience leading change and improving HR operations in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Insightful, principled, and confident in asking tough questions and challenging the status quo.
- Must be local to New York City.
