Catering + Cafe Specialist, Corp Food Services

About the Role

In this role, you will work in an energized and fast-paced environment focused on delivering an excellent customer experience to our HQ employees and visitors to our cafe and on-site events.

What You'll Do

• Respond to catering requests, coordinate catering deliveries and other applicable food service operations
• Deliver and stage catering and complete post event responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by recognizing and responding appropriately to customer requests and needs in an efficient and timely manner, continually seek opportunities to to improve the customer experience
• Work with management team to order catering supplies, coordinate production and deliveries and manage inventory
• Keep order and cleanliness in work areas
• Take orders, process customer transactions, answer questions, respond in a courteous and prompt manner to requests
• Restock and maintain café inventory
• Listen and ask questions to solicit feedback to understand customer needs and provide appropriate service
• Handle unique or complex customer interactions

Who You Are

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, written communication and time management skills, ability to develop and maintain good relationships and to demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Ability to problem solve, multitask and provide support where needed
• Strong innovator and creative thinker
• Must be able to push and lift 50 lbs.
