Are you passionate about Twitch streams, Discord communities, and the world of gaming? Maybe you’re even a creator yourself! Do you believe that content creators have the power to spark real change? If you’re ready to help an international humanitarian organization connect with millions of hearts through the digital universe, this internship is your gateway.

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with our donor engagement team to develop a groundbreaking strategy that connects our mission with top creators on Twitch, Discord, YouTube Gaming, and more.
• Research and identify rising streamers and influencers who align with our humanitarian goals.
• Build creative outreach campaigns to engage creators and digital communities in support of global causes.
• Develop tools, assets and action kits – in coordination with colleagues – that make it easy for creators to share Alight’s mission to unleash abundance with refugees and displaced people
• Explore new and trending platforms where gaming and social impact intersect.
• Assist in planning virtual events, charity streams, and collaborative projects that resonate with Gen Z audiences.
• Monitor engagement and provide insights for optimizing our outreach strategy.
• Design ongoing engagement and stewardship journey to help Alight build long and impactful relationships with the creators we partner with
