Operations Technical Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and guidance to the organizations operations teams, stakeholders, and management on technical matters related to operations.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implementing changes to optimize technical systems, processes, or infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that impact operations, and developing solutions to prevent failure occurrences.
• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and availability of technical systems, processes, or infrastructure. 
• Ensuring that technical systems, processes, or infrastructure comply with relevant regulations, standards and industry best practices. 

 

Qualifications

• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Poly.
• 8+ years of IC professional experience to include at least 3 years of experience with our client
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study – Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical discipline. 
• Four (4) years of Military/Civilian, DoD/Government, and IC experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree. 
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with: Service Now, Website maintenance, Web based training, Task manager tools

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
