Customer Service Representative - Springfield, MO
Full Time, Salary, Non-Exempt
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations within the Customer Service Department as an initial point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating order activities with Production and Logistics personnel to ensure customer centric processes and activities are followed. This role consist of, but is not limited to the following responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Clear and concise communication with customers (via Email and Phone)
- Ensure accuracy of data relative to order entry
- Print customer orders
- Copy orders
- Convert internal requisitions into orders
- Build shortage data and production spreadsheets
- Adjust inventory
- Match and file daily invoices
- Process loaded orders
- Investigate Lot tracking issues
- Review expiration dates
- Arrange LTL and UPS shipments
- Process batch tickets
- Participates in inventory reconciliations
- Promotes Safety and Quality first, then production
- Verifiable history within the customer service sector
- Computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Oracle a plus
- History of working safely and a reputation for promoting and getting involved in safety improvement efforts
- Related Industry Knowledge
- Work accurately; be proactive and detail oriented
- Service oriented and strong organizational skills
- High work standards and ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Display an enthusiastic, professional, and customer centric approach

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$35,900.00 - $67,500.00
