JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities to support the CorroHealth team. They will align with both internal and external customers on a daily basis in order to drive and support company objectives. This role is essential to ensure the consistent high standard of quality and service delivery of CorroHealth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Location: Remote (Within US Only)
Required Schedule: Monday – Friday, You MUST be able to start between 6:30 & 7:30 AM EST with your shift then ending between 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST
Hourly Salary: $19.00 (firm)

Job Responsibilities:
Interact with designated client contacts to align CorroHealth program with existing provider systems and processes.
Coordinate projects as assigned to ensure completeness and timeliness of project delivery.
Comprehension and writing of business requirements for internal applications - while tracking of the project through training, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Maintenance of critical operational records in an accurate and detailed manner.
Act as a key liaison related to operational processes and objectives.
Management of complex operations tasks as assigned.
Manage and maintain excellent working relationships with internal/external customers via face to face, telephonic, and electronic interactions.
Additional responsibilities that would correlate with the growth of the company.
Required Experience/Skills:
Must have previous customer service experience
Must have administrative experience in a healthcare environment
Must have an understanding of EOBs, Medical Records, HIPAA
Must be proficient in basic computer skills and have experience using system including but not limited to Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe
Excellent computer skills, including typing, email
Knowledge of EMR system functionality required
Exceptional communication and time man
