About Merchandising at Sephora:

Your role at Sephora:
As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be the key support role to the merchant team assisting on all aspects of the day to day needs of the business. You will play a pivotal role in team admin, reporting, and data entry for product assortments. Reporting to the .com Merchant, you will:

• Work closely with brands and assistant merchant to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring receipt of on-time and accurate assets and comps.
• Manage updates to existing product pages with brands to optimize conversion and keep pages up to  date.
• Partner closely with product production team for all product page and site updates.
• Assist with the creative review process for all digital placements within brand portfolio, ensuring accurate product representation across vehicles.

• Complete product sheets to brief site, email, mobile, and other marketing channels.

• Run cross-world weekly and monthly .com reports.

We’re excited about you if you have:

• 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience – e-commerce experience strongly preferred.
• High level of initiative, able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Very proficient with Excel and Word.
• Strong numbers aptitude.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $34.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Sephora offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, which include comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a superior 401(k) plan, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; and an employee referral bonus program.
