Consider joining our team as the Construction Superintendent for Total Restoration Solutions. TRS is our division handling fire, water, and wind damage in Greater Cincinnati.

Who you are:  

• You are a collaborator with a positive attitude.
• You have strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software.
• You are proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as: safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure guides.
• You are capable of scheduling production employees and providing direction to subcontractors.
• You are adaptable to varied work needs, from single large projects to multiple smaller projects across different sites.
• You are dependable, detail-oriented, and open to change.

• Efficiently manage construction sites, overseeing all activities within the designated area.
• Coordinate and supervise logistics, including material delivery, equipment deployment, personnel allocation, safety protocols, and adherence to construction schedules.
• Manage property restoration and repair tasks, including water extraction, removal of damaged materials, relocation of affected contents, setup and monitoring of drying equipment, and application of antimicrobial products. 
• Perform on-site work and conduct thorough quality control and safety checks to ensure project integrity and compliance with standards. 
• Set and maintain high-performance standards for subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a culture of excellence. 
• Update production files and maintain detailed job notes for comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of related experience or training
• Computer literate
• Critical thinking skills for standardized situations

Other helpful skills and competencies: 

• IICRC Certifications and Training (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Willingness to undergo a drug and background check
