Commercial Account Handler

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Account Handler to join our established and supportive team in Leatherhead.

Working alongside our experienced brokers, you’ll play a key role in servicing new and existing commercial insurance clients, including major scheme-based clients.

What you will be doing

The role includes:

· Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments

· Obtaining and presenting competitive quotations

· Building strong, long-term client relationships

· Working closely with insurers and underwriters to deliver tailored solutions

· Responding to client queries and ensuring accurate records

· Handling invoicing and general policy administration

What you will bring:

· At least 2 years’ General Commercial Insurance experience, ideally in Commercial Vehicles, Motor Fleet, Public Liability or Employers’ Liability

· Has a confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills

· Is organised, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team

· Acturis experience would be an advantage.

· Has a genuine interest in developing a career in commercial insurance

· CII study/progression is advantageous — and fully supported by us
