Administrator - Commercial Recycling

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Powys to assist with the appointment of a Administrator - Commercial Recycling, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Hours per week: 18.50

Rate of Pay: £12.09 - £15.40 per Hour

Responsibilities:

• To maintain and update a range of electronic/manual information systems and assist with the collation of any statistical returns.
• To process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, garden waste queries.
• To undertake a full range of clerical duties, including word processing of correspondence, reports, policies and procedures and associated documentation.
• To co-ordinate, attend and take notes/minutes of a range of meetings, produce and distribute minutes, as required.
• To create, maintain and archive files.

Qualifications:

• Experience in use of office packages
• A good standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent, including English and/or Maths

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
