About the role
The Integration Analyst will be the primary person responsible for ensuring an operational fleet and supporting systems are available for the provision of diagnostic studies within Seer’s Clinical Services division.The Integration Analyst (IA) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the set up & maintenance of workflows across Service’s, ensuring best clinical practice is maintained and a safe, consistent, patient centric, high quality service is provided. This includes the ongoing evaluation and improvement of current processes, with a particular focus on service quality. Achieve key organisational and performance goals within the accepted professional, ethical, moral and legal standards applicable to contemporary health care. The IA reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and works closely with the other roles within the technology division.
In this role, you will:
- Strategic translation of business objectives into operational requirements for services provision related to hardware availability, data management, and asset management.
- Build, lead and develop an internal team with functions, data management, maintenance and analytics.
- Oversee the development of SOPs, work instructions and cloud-based management tools to ensure maximal operational efficiency within the fleet across our services.
- Oversee the design and implementation of fault-free transfer protocols for the offload of data at study completion.
- Identify clinical training needs related to fleet or data management and oversee the development of training materials for in-house and clinical site use.
- Clearly communicate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in relation to the order and manufacture of fleet assets considering new clinical services and changes in service offerings.
- Provision of logistics expertise to support effective launches for new Seer services.
- Development of tools and processes for the collection of key metrics related to existing clinical services, as identified by the Services leadership group.
- Coordination of projects related to the improvement of processes spanning multiple teams within the Services.
- Coordination of projects addressing key issues raised by the Services leadership group.
Your experience:
- Min 2 years of experience in Zendesk
- Demonstrable experience in working across teams of diverse backgrounds and functions.
- Candidates with some exposure to the healthcare sector will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Science, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
