We are seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist with experience in client focused solutioning to improve client engagement and facilitate patient enrollment. This is a key role that will have direct impact on the company’s relationship with external customers and business partners. The Clinical Implementation Specialist will work with clinical operations, customer success, and sales to develop and execute successful programs and provide a positive customer experience through workflow optimization and program improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation tasks to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality, timelines are met, within budget while delighting our customers.
- Report status to internal stakeholders, management, and external customers as needed.
- Lead the clinical implementation process with customers
- Review and achieve alignment on scope of work and create a comprehensive implementation plan.
- Identify dependencies and risks and facilitate mitigation plans.
- Facilitate the requirement and analysis phase of engagement to capture customer needs and develop appropriate scope.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams of experts to deliver successfully on a customer engagement
- Monitor and track the deliverables.
- Organize, plan and direct implementation schedules, milestones, risks, assumptions, decisions and budgets.
- Manage vendor and business partner relationships where appropriate for the delivery of customer engagement.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and embrace a culture of customer success and operational excellence
- Serve as support to clinicians, leadership
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of clinical experience
- 5 years’ experience working within customer/client facing teams
- Good understanding of clinical operations and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 25% travel required
