SALARY RANGE

$ 60,000.00- $63,750.18 Annually                       $2,307.69 - $2,451.93 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

The Agency for Persons with Disabilities employees must demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service. This includes, but is not limited to, acting in a responsive, professional, courteous manner with the employees, customers, and public we serve at all times. This is a professional position in State Office Human Resources, responsible for providing technical assistance to staff regarding the Agency’s Classification and Compensation and personnel action programs.

 

The Work You Will Do 

Independently coordinate, analyze, prepare, and finalize classification packages and processes.

 

Investigate and resolve issues related to classification and compensation.

 

Maintain and update human resources information systems and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

 

Research and interpret personnel statutes, rules, policies, and procedures to determine organizational structure, position exemptions, and inclusion or exclusion criteria.

 

Provide consultation and technical guidance to management and customers by interpreting state and Agency rules, procedures, and policies.
