Change Management Quality Assurance Analyst

The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented Change Management Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the successful implementation of organizational changes. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to assess, monitor, and improve change management processes while ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Identifies and tracks program risks and action items to closure, and assess risk and cost of changesÂ
Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with other areas, service providers, customers, and technical staff Â
Support the development and delivery of briefings and training as required to leadership, individuals or teams across the program to ensure common understanding to meet objectivesÂ
Review and analyze compliance with process-specific standards and policies, and stays abreast of process changes
Utilize ServiceNow dashboards, tools, and techniques to report the status of the process as neededÂ
Support measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetings and as required
Identify areas for improvement in practices and recommend solutionsÂ
Manages end-to-end projects that follow procedures, work instructions, and templates to support process executionÂ
Supports the development and maintenance of relevant and appropriate project management documentation and artifacts (i.e. project schedules, briefings, reports, etc.)Â
Support the Lead in efforts ensuring high performance and quality are consistentÂ
Support the development and maintenance of customer required and identify and recommend changes or additions to quality metrics and KPIs
Establish goals and objectives for the team(s), running day-to-day operations for the assigned projectsÂ
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for change management initiatives
Conduct quality audits of change management processes, documentation, and outcomes
Collaborate with change management teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecycles
Ensure Impact of change on other services and Configuration Items (CIs) are effectively assessedÂ
Assist the lead in ensuring timely approval for all types of changesÂ
Closely work with engineering team for evaluation of change during approval and after deploymentÂ
Closely work with project (release and deployment) team for scheduling changes, and ensure change evaluation and release planning is effectively doneÂ
Qualifications:
TS/SCI with poly requiredÂ
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience Â
5+ years of related work experience
Good working knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processesÂ
ITIL V3 or 4 certification and trainingÂ
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) preferred
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Desired:
Advanced ITIL certifications or trainingÂ
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationÂ
Working knowledge with ServiceNowÂ
Experience in leading large process improvement projectsÂ
Experience with Agile methodologiesÂ
Good understanding of product release methodologiesÂ
