Senior Business Analyst

As our new Senior Business Analyst you will be at the forefront of financial analysis and KPI monitoring to drive our business forward. In this role, you will  have the unique opportunity to provide key financial support to our Marine & Construction Business Unit, working closely with operations management to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Unit Global Operations Management to provide advice and technical support on operational processes
• Create and update financial models and facilitate and coordinate the forecasting process for the Marine Construction sub-business units
• Review and analyze financial performance
• Evaluate and visualize risks and opportunities and respective financial impacts
• Evaluate product profitability and conduct investment analysis
• Contribute to the month end financial reporting

What you will bring:
You are a finance professional with a curios mindset and a proactive attitude. You will have strong relationship building skills, with the ability to talk finance with none-financial employees. Deadlines are second nature for you and you have a high level of commitment to meeting client requirements and time commitments. In addition, you will have:

• Education within Finance or related areas with relevant experience. 
• Understanding of project execution models and financial risks and opportunities.
• Strong technical skills, with experience from building databases and consolidating reporting.

If you have experience from one or more of the areas below, that would be an advantage:

• Building business cases for new product development
• Investments and M&A activity
• Capex process/review
