About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Receivables & Revenue Analyst to join our Global Business Services team in Budapest. In this role, you will ensure accurate invoice booking, revenue recognition, and AR reporting, while supporting month-end closing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, and CI2C to deliver high-quality service and insights that support business performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Secure invoice booking and revenue recognition for Trade and non-Trade activities.
• Perform AR monthly closing, reconcile postings with GL, and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze AR ageing reports, recommend bad debt reserves, and post approved entries.
• Prepare month-end and ad-hoc reports for revenue and AR analysis.
• Contribute to the definition and review of revenue recognition accounting schemes.
• Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver operational KPIs in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.
• Act as a super-user and coach junior analysts, building and transferring process knowledge.

About You

• Experience: 2–5 years in Accounts Receivables or related accounting functions, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Skills:
  • Hands-on expertise in AR processes and monthly closure activities.
  • Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Action-oriented, delivery-driven, and a change agent.
  • Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in team supervision within a shared service environment.
• Languages: Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
