Teamhead Product Content Global E-Commerce

YOUR MISSION

The Teamhead Product Content Global E-Commerce acts as master data subject matter expert, researches and resolves master data issues globally while breathing and living our PUMA products.

• Act as the central product data expertise hub and deliver best in class product data to accelerate the success of features for conversion improvements and merchandising
• Be responsible for the implementation and further development of all product-related content solutions on the product detail pages (PDP) and product landing pages (PLP)
• Be the central contact person for the product content externally and internally, plan and create product content and maintain content by uploading it to the PIM system
• Coordinate the integration of product data into the PUMA ecommerce landscape to fuel conversion rate optimization tools
• Continuously monitor and improve the usage of product data for successful filter refinements
• Document and refine user stories to support business cases and decision papers
• Be accountable for product data delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates

YOUR TALENT

• Solid education in a relevant field of studies
• 2-3 years of experience in an E-commerce environment, ideally with PIM and Master Data touch points
• Team leadership and performance management skills
• Professional experience in a similar position - ideally in an international e-Commerce trading company
• High customer orientation and attention to detail
• Experience in merchandising websites is a plus
• Goal and solution oriented with a hands on mentality
• Very structured way of working and talent to organize
• Great communication skills in English (verbally and written)
