The P&W Military APU business, located in West Palm Beach, Florida has an immediate opening for an ambitious, analytical, and high-energy Repair Manager.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for PO analysis from 20+ domestic & international customers and creating/updating SAP sales orders for APU/LRU repairs and post-shipment SAP and financial processes

• Point-of-contact for APU MROs and repair vendors, including hosting weekly meetings

• Records and maintains KPIs for MRO performance

• Responsible for preparing quotations and developing repair catalogs

• Responsible for the proper PO execution to ensure there is good financial flow on the MRO side of the business

• Ensure required export licenses are in place to support aftermarket import/export requirements

• Prepare and brief repair status/metric presentations to senior leadership

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• 8 years of operations, supply chain and/or materials experience or an advance degree with 5 years of operations, supply chain and/or materials experience

• Proficient in Purchase Order execution within SAP

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Qualifications We Prefer

• 5+ years of experience Microsoft Office applications and 3+ years of experience working across organizational boundaries to develop solutions to challenging issues

• Experience in the execution of engine/APU and LRU repair process to include customer contracts and purchase orders

• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

• Team player with a demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve desired results

• Critical-thinking self-starter who utilizes resources and can make decisions

• Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment with often-shifting priorities - understands and respects timeliness in responses and completing tasks

• Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with senior leadership and international and domestic customers

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
