Key Responsibilities

As a Dishwasher, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen during Chicago Bears games, Chicago Fire matches, concerts, and other premier events. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety regulations. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, ensuring items are properly stored after cleaning. 
• Support kitchen operations by assisting with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. 
• Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to supervisors. 
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation during events. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Must hold a current SERV Safe Food Handling Certification. 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace. 
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks. 
• Ability to stay long hours in regards of projects needed during and after operations
