Take ownership
Have a user-centric approach in dealing with user journey and Get Shit Done everyday by taking ownership of:
Support: Identify and assess users' needs to provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Compliance: Spot fraud indicators & collaborate with 2nd line teams
Payments: Analyze and take ownership of payments dispute cases & investigations
Requirements
You speak English on a near-native or professional level
You can listen, investigate and pinpoint the source of the problem. Then fix it!
You're a master at using the written word, emojis and gifs to make our users happy
You love to interpret patterns and data
You take challenges heads on, you're quick to adapt and can multitask
You can provide phone support in English
You have a curiosity for AI and are eager to deepen your understanding of it
You’re passionate about learning and developing your tech abilities
You're eligible for night shift work as per Bulgarian law, and are available to cover night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00
