- Integrated Campaign Strategy: Own and define campaign structures and themes, including ABM-oriented motions, that support priority audiences, offerings, and commercial goals.
- Campaign Brief Ownership: Own and develop and maintain the standard integrated campaign brief that aligns campaign purpose, channels, sequencing, and activation requirements.
- Channel Mix Decisions: Own channel-mix decisions across campaigns to improve reach, consistency, and execution quality across the marketing system.
- Launch and Campaign Sequencing: Own launch-planning mechanics and campaign sequencing so programs are better coordinated across functions and time.
- First-Wave Campaign Orchestration: Lead and orchestrate the first wave of integrated campaigns while building the longer-term operating model, using contractors, AI, and agencies as needed.
- AI-Enabled Campaign Orchestration: Lead and develop AI-enabled workflows to accelerate campaign planning, brief development, asset adaptation, channel coordination, execution tracking, and cross-functional orchestration while maintaining quality, message consistency, and operational discipline.
- Field Adaptation and Lifecycle Handoffs: Lead regional adaptation and define handoff rules that connect campaign activity to downstream lifecycle operations in partnership with the relevant owners.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 10+ years experience in demand generation, lead generation, integrated campaigns, ABM, campaign strategy, or a related B2B enterprise marketing role.
WE VALUE:
- Demonstrated success building campaign-planning processes, integrated campaign calendars, and orchestration mechanisms across multiple teams and channels.
- Strong experience designing both market-shaping demand-generation programs and targeted lead-generation motions for enterprise or government-oriented buying environments.
